What you can expect

A confidential one-to-one consultation; following this, you will be connected with a group of 5-6 people who are looking to address similar questions.

Each Virtual Mastermind Coaching Series consists of 6 ninety-minute meetings over a period of two months.

Each In-Person Mastermind Coaching Series consists of four 2.5-hour-long meetings (downtown Ottawa location) over a period of two months.

Each group will have unique needs, but we will generally focus on:

  • Exploring future possibilities with care and intention.

  • Slowing down to think more deeply.

  • Practising transferable coaching skills.

  • Learning from each other’s experience.

  • Opening up a clearer perspective and a purpose-driven pathway forward.

  • Psychologically safe and confidential space to talk about important questions.

Please note: The Mastermind Coaching Circles are not a substitute for therapy. The facilitators are not licensed therapists and do not provide therapeutic services. If you need therapeutic support, please consult with a licensed mental health professional.

Themes and Questions

Each meeting will open up a different theme or question, tailored to needs and interestes of the group, such as:

  • Personal Context: What is the transition that you’re in the midst of and why is this an important time of life for you?  (retirement, job loss, change in life’s patterns)

  • Uncertainty/Anxiety:  How do you make plans in the midst of uncertainty and lack of clarity about what’s coming?

  • Identity:  Who are you without your job title?

  • Finding focus:  How do you balance what you want/need with what others expect/need?

  • Emotional turmoil:  How do you regulate strong feelings associated with this transition?  (Anger, guilt, betrayal…or excitement!)

  • “Working with Ingrid has been truly transformative. She has a rare ability to meet people exactly where they are –listening deeply, asking thoughtful questions, and creating space for real insight to emerge. Her facilitation feels grounded, compassionate, and purposeful, and I always leave feeling more clear, capable, and connected to myself and others. Ingrid inspires me to show up more fully –as a learner, a leader, and a human."

  • "I’ve had the privilege of knowing and working with Christina for over 25 years, both as a colleague and as a coaching client. In every interaction, she brings a grounded clarity that cuts through the noise and confusion to pinpoint what’s really going on. She has a rare ability to quickly identify the root of uncertainty, even when it’s difficult to articulate. What sets Christina apart is how she simplifies complexity with both discernment and compassion. Her insights are sharp, thoughtful, and delivered in a way that makes them not only heard, but actionable. I consistently leave our conversations feeling clear, energized, and more deeply committed to trusting myself."

  • "Every time I work with Christina, I have a breakthrough moment. She helps me to see things differently, to come up with new strategies for dealing with issues, and most importantly, to trust in myself. Her wisdom, encouragement and compassion make it easy for me to be open and honest, so that I get the most that I can out of my time with her."
