Ingrid’s Work - A Testimonial
"Several years ago, I led a large-scale national project that had stalled due to limited progress and difficulty securing local buy-in for agreed-upon changes. Demonstrating compliance with national standards proved challenging, leading to growing frustration and an eventual impasse.
After months of stalled momentum, I engaged Ingrid to support the group. Through her inclusive and insightful facilitation, she challenged our assumptions and created space for honest reflection. This helped me recognize that we were not in opposition, but collectively navigating a complex system change.
Ingrid guided us toward shared responsibility and collective learning. As a result, the group regained energy and focus, expectations became clearer, and accountability strengthened. This shift enabled local leaders to model desired behaviours, ultimately improving compliance and outcomes, which was the ultimate goal.
I am deeply grateful for Ingrid’s ability to create a safe, open environment where we could acknowledge challenges and move forward together. This progress would not have been possible without her facilitation and leadership."

Christina’s Personal Story
“Six years ago, I made a decision that didn’t make sense on paper.
After 20 years in the federal public service, I walked away - leaving behind the full benefit of my pension and stepping into uncertainty.
But I was following something I could no longer ignore: a sense of purpose that had been quietly calling me for over a decade. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
My time in the system gave me more than experience, it gave me a deep understanding of how systems work, and how they impact the people navigating them every day.
Today, I use that insight to support others who are going through similar transitions - professionally and personally - and all the uncertainty and emotion that comes with them.”
